How the Coaching / Q&A Calls Work!

These calls happen fortnightly at 2.30 pm AWST on Tuesdays.

Please check the upcoming dates in the header of the facebook group OR on the homepage in Health with Bec Tribe Members portal. Put them in your calendar!! The link to join is sent out to you the day before and also 15 minutes before you begin.

I suggest saving this link to your calendar every second Tuesday as a repeated meeting to make things super easy!

On the Monday prior to the call you're prompted to submit your question

A post is made in the facebook group and through an email (choose whichever!) prompting you to ask your question for the call the next day. 

I choose a few to answer and make it a coaching call surrounding the topics in the questions I choose. 20 minutes is also dedicated to answering your questions for those of you who come in live time!

On the Tuesday of the call:

You will be sent a reminder email to join, with the link, 15 minutes before we start.

I will start by answering a few of the questions that I select in a coaching- style way and then, at the end, open it up to you if you want to chat with me 1/1 and ask me any questions (optional). You can choose to have your camera off or on! 

After the call:

The recording will be uploaded inside the Health with Bec Tribe Members Area Portal for you to watch on the Wednesday if you couldn't make it! An announcement email will be sent out letting you know that it's ready for you to view!
