Health with Bec SP (The Company) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, www.kajabi.com and the services provided therein (the www.healthwithbecshop.com). Collection of personal information: As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site by Kajabi. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. The Site’s various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Collection and use of your information if you buy a product or enquire for a service.

We collect personal information for the purposes of delivering our products and services. We may collect information through the Health with Bec Shop Website located at http://healthwithbecshop.com (“Website”) or, Health with Bec's main Website www.healthwithbec.com. We collect personal information: from our customers – when they register an enquiry, request an assessment for the purposes of dietary advice, purchase the 3 Week Body Reset or another product or join the membership, the Health with Bec Tribe.  

The kind of personal information we may collect will depend on who you are (e.g. a client or third party service provider) and the nature of your interaction with us, and may include your full name, email address, postal or residential address, age, weight, and any medical conditions or allergies/intolerances, billing information and other personal information. If you do not provide us with all the information we request, we may not be able to deliver our Services. Some personal information we collect may include health information. We collect health information from customers for the purposes of providing dietary advice and meal plans. This enables us to safely, appropriately and accurately provide our Services and assess the needs of our customer in the provision of our Services and to generally assist in optimising the quality of our service.

Health with Bec SP may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

Facebook Group in the Health with Bec Tribe: Guests are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, which is the Health with Bec Tribe Facebook group. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information on the page, the information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features.

Choice/Opt-Out: The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you.
