Do you recommend low carb diets for vegetarians?
In general, no. Only under the guidance of a qualified nutritionists or dietitian can it be possible, otherwise doing it alone can be way too restrictive and hard to meet your nutrient needs unless you have assistance!
Is the membership the next best thing for me to do after the 3 Week Body Reset?
Yes! If you enjoyed what you saw and felt with my approach in this, it’s a great sign that all of the info you’ll see in Tribe will be perfect!
I’ve tried literally everything to lose weight, what makes your approach different?
The meals are carefully calorie controlled whilst staying high in the most satiating macronutrients (protein and fat). They’re also high in fibre which helps with appetite and boosts gut health which is essential for weight loss. Other meal plans don’t take these into consideration! Also, as well as your hunger hormones reducing, the low carb nature keeps your hormone insulin low and low insulin means easier fat burning. Plus, everything is yummy, meals are big and nothing is too complicated.
How long will it take to start seeing results?
Everyone is so different! The more you have to lose the quicker it comes off. Women always drop weight fast in the first week of following this lifestyle as water weight drops. Some often actually lose 2-3 kilos in week 1! But then it levels off to 0.5-1kg a week depending on the person. I totally recommend the 3 Week Body Reset alongside the tribe if you haven’t already too!
Are we locked in for a minimum time or is it cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime! If it’s not for you, I don’t want to take your money.
I’m at a happy weight, I just need recipe inspiration- is this membership right for me?
Oh hell yes! The way you lose weight should be very similar to the way you maintain it. This approach is awesome for weight maintenance, I live and breathe it! So it’s more than weight loss, the constant recipes and tips will also be for optimal energy and gut health boosted with high concentration and stable energy!
How long do the recipes take to make? I don’t have hours to spend cooking.
So this is one of my main focusses with everything going forward. Everyone is so busy, so all the recipes are quick, easy, fuss free and with each recipe I’m also giving tips how you can adapt the recipes to suit your family and kids!
Are the recipes suitable for kids and partners too?
With this membership as a bonus, all the recipes will have tips on how you can adapt the recipes to suit your family, partner and kids!
How long do we have the membership and access for?
As long as you wish! You can cancel at any time. It’s going to be a weekly thing. Week after week, until who knows when!
Will you do more complicated recipes / share platter ideas?
Generally, most recipes will be quick and easy ones, however my main driver for content will be from what you tell me you want! So I can certainly make it possible!
Is the Facebook group the only place for all the goodies?
The Facebook group is where a lot of the goodness happens, so that’s where you’re going to be hearing from me teaching lessons and live question and answer sessions. We’re also part of a community, so I encourage everyone to share photos of your meals, share your wins, inspire each other so that’s where a lot of the goodness will happen!
